Pediatric Dentist responsibilities include :
Location: Beautiful Island Community in HI
Compensation: $190,000–$210,000 salary + $15,000 sign-on bonus + up to $10,000 annual performance incentive
Schedule: Full-time (8-hour shifts), average of 18 pediatric patients per day
Bonus: Relocation assistance available, generous PTO, paid CE ($3,600/year + 40 hours)

We’re seeking a warm and dedicated Pediatric Dentist to join a thriving health-focused clinic in Hawaii. What You’ll Do
- Deliver comprehensive pediatric dental care: exams, restorative procedures, uncomplicated endodontics, and optional minor oral surgery
- Provide routine and emergency care for children and adolescents
- Supervise and mentor pediatric dental residents, dental assistants, and hygienists
- Educate patients and families on oral health, illness prevention, and wellness
- Collaborate with a caring, interprofessional team to provide community-first dental care
- Actively participate in school and community-based outreach programs
- Support quality initiatives and contribute to a positive patient experience
- Chart using electronic medical records (EMR); training provided
What We’re Looking For
- DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
- Completion of Pediatric Residency or General Dentist with strong pediatric experience
- Active or eligible for Hawai‘i dental license (we can support the process)
- CPR/BLS certified and able to pass TB screening
- Committed to excellence in patient care, safety, and compassion
- Strong communicator with a warm, team-based attitude
- Experience in multicultural care settings or public health is a plus
- New grads and early-career dentists with a heart for kids are welcome!
