Full job description

This position is for a motivated Associate General Dentist to start at the clients private practice Monday to Friday. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and efficiency in treatment planning. Compensation is a percentage of production, with a guaranteed daily minimum. Responsibilities: – Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients of all ages, with a focus on paediatric dentistry – Provide comprehensive dental care including restorative, preventive, and emergency treatments – Administer local anaesthesia and perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals – Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care – Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure high-quality patient care – Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Internal Softwares Qualifications: – Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school – Valid state dental license in good standing – Proficiency in using Easy Dental, Dentrix systems for patient record management – Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of current dental practices and procedures – Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and staff – Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
